High-temperature Color-fixing
Process uses a high-temperature oven at 185°C for color fixing. The high temperature fully opens the fibers, allowing the dye to penetrate deeper for richer and more durable coloring.
Triple Washing Process
Effectively removes excess dye, combined with comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment to ensure environmental friendliness and no pollution.
High-Density Backing Adhesive
Adhesive content reaches 480g per square meter, ensuring strong adhesion and resistance to peeling or cracking.
High-Definition Printing
Uses advanced jet printing technology, offering superior color penetration and durability compared to standard digital printing.
The printing system uses high-speed solenoid valves to spray compressed color paste onto the carpet in dots, thus forming various patterns on the carpet surface. Features include short production cycle, high efficiency, bright color, and high color fastness.
