Automated Precision
The IBC barrel fully automatic filling line is expertly crafted for 1000L IBC filling, offering seamless integration. From container loading to manual assisted lid operations, every aspect of filling is designed for optimal user experience and efficiency. Automated precision in barrel supply, positioning, filling, weighing, and measuring ensures each step is flawlessly executed.
Operational Process
During operation, place the empty barrel on the empty barrel pipeline. The nozzle device intelligently positions the empty barrel, and post entry of the barrel mouth, it is tared automatically. The system facilitates accurate specific gravity determination at dual speeds. The spray valve then seamlessly integrates with the barrel, progressing through to the capping station.
