Ecoospark is a digital embellishment machine for label roll-to-roll production. It enables digital cold foil stamping and varnishing using varnish-jet technology. Equipped with Konica Minolta printing heads, the system achieves a varnish layer thickness from 10 microns up to 150 microns in a single pass. For braille or high-relief printing, a two-pass process can reach 300 microns.
Compared with traditional flexo or screen varnishing, digital varnishing offers superior precision for fine details. It is highly efficient for variable data and short-run jobs due to zero plate costs and minimal setup time.
