AT4016 X-ray Foreign Body Detector
The AT4016 is a single-source X-ray foreign body detection equipment independently developed for high-precision industrial needs. Utilizing an embedded Linux operating system and highly integrated hardware, the system ensures rapid operation, convenient control, and extremely stable performance.
Widely used in food, medical, textile, aquaculture, and integrated circuit board industries. Ideal for HACCP and IFS certification quality control, identifying defects like damage, deformation, missing components, or air bubbles.
Utilizes X-ray penetrating ability to detect metal or non-metal foreign bodies (glass, ceramics, stone). It inspects meat, fruits, milk powder, chocolate, and textiles for broken needles or packaging cracks.
