System Features

Fully automatic IBC barrel filling line for 1000L containers. The process including barrel supply, positioning, filling, weighing, and metering are all automated for high efficiency.

How to operate

Load the empty barrel onto the pipeline; the system automatically stops and positions it under the nozzle. The nozzle descends, performs automatic taring, and fills at dual speeds for precision. After completion, it moves to the capping station.

Pneumatic filling
