The A2 size 4060 PVC card and mobile cover UV printer utilizes advanced digital technology to print on glass, metal, plastic, acrylic, and ceramics with vivid colors and high speed. It is an ideal choice for entry-level users or kiosk operations.

High Precision Printing: Equipped with 2 or 3 pieces of DX8/TX800 printheads, reaching speeds of A4/50s. The 6-color model ensures excellent white ink density on dark materials.

The system features an aluminum alloy air vacuum adsorption table to keep materials flat and stable. For Z-axis movement, it employs a ball screw drive instead of a belt drive, significantly increasing resolution and precision. The LED screen touch controller provides a user-friendly interface to manage carriage movement and table height.

Durability is ensured by a water circulation cooling system, which is more stable than wind cooling, extending the UV lamp lifespan up to 20,000 hours. The printer supports CMYK + White + Varnish simultaneous printing to create 3D embossed textures.
